Curating learning experiences that strengthen leaders and teams in their pursuit of educational excellence

We Facilitate Collaborative Experiences
We meet organizations where they are and tailor our approach
to the problem they are trying to solve.
Our Approach
Our approach is process-oriented. We start first defining a complex problem with the stakeholders who experience the problem directly (ideally, the most marginalized students, staff, and possibly parents). Understanding the problem from their perspective enables us to generate solutions that specifically address the complexity of the problem with a team that includes key organizational stakeholders, staff, and stakeholders. It is a “go slow to go fast” process that prevents the investment of time and resources implementing solutions that don’t speak to the heart of the problem. In addition to inclusively generating a powerful solution, the process also has the power to create a sense of inclusion, belonging and connection amongst all those involved in the design. This approach was drawn from the Equity Design Center’s “Liberatory Design Process.”
