At Holonomy, we define success as meeting organizations and their people where they are and working alongside them to solve important problems they care about.

Our vision is to collaboratively create a more equitable world of joy and sustainability for mission-driven educators invested in making a difference for underserved youth. It is our mission to design and facilitate community-led spaces so thoughtful, caring, mission-driven people can slow down, listen and problem-solve together so that transformative solutions emerge.

We believe that most barriers organizations face are solvable; driven by the passion, hard work, and talent of caring people.  The solution is to slow down, shift our individualistic gaze to a higher gaze – one of interconnection – and to seek the solution from the place of “us.”

We partner with mission-driven organizations who share our belief that we must courageously face white supremacy culture norms and ways of being that erode the very intentions of mission-driven work.  We have experienced organizations where urgency comes at the cost of work-life balance, prevents inclusive decision-making, propels change without attention to change management, and disproportionately injures staff of color.  Our clients not only want to achieve their important missions, but they want to do so while honoring their people in the process.
